  • What is the processing time for an order and how to avoid delays?
    Orders are processed for shipping within 24-48 hours. To prevent any shipping delays, please ensure that your shipping information is correct.
  • How are orders shipped?
    Orders are shipped via USPS. USPS packages in most cases are delivered within 2-5 business days within the United States.
  • What is the delivery time during the holidays?
    Holiday Shipping can take up to 14 business day for delivery (ex: Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.)!!​
  • Are you responsible for lost or stolen packages, and what should one do if they believe their package has gone missing or been stolen?
    We are not responsible for any mishaps, such as lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS (800) 275-8777 if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
  • Do we refund?
    WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!!
  • When do we accept refunds?
    We will only accept returned items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. You have 48 hours to notify PJ’s Treasure of a defective or damaged item(s), as well as provide proof with a photo or video of the damaged item(s) via email to: pjstreasureboutique@gmail.com, and we will be happy to replace your item(s).
  • Do we take exchanges?
    As a REMINDER ***Majority of the items are custom made designs, and as such a replacement item may not always be available*** However, we will be glad to offer you an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
  • What's is the policy on return, refunds and exchanges?
    WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!! We will only accept returned items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. You have 48 hours to notify PJ’s Treasure of a defective or damaged item(s), as well as provide proof with a photo or video of the damaged item(s) via email to: pjstreasureboutique@gmail.com, and we will be happy to replace your item(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! A return or exchange is only available provided the item is returned unused and in the same condition it was received, as well as in its’ original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for a return or exchange.
